Free artwork templates with bleed and safe-area guides for every size we print. Build on the template, delete the guides, export a PDF. Every file gets a free check before it prints.
File setup
Set it up once, print it right.
Bleed and safety. Add 0.125" of bleed on every edge and keep text and logos 0.125" inside the trim (1" on banners and signs).
Resolution. Build images at 300 DPI at final size. Banners and large signs print well at 150 DPI.
Color. Supply CMYK. RGB files are converted automatically, which can shift vivid blues and greens.
File format. PDF is best. Flattened JPG or PNG work too. Outline or embed fonts.
