Process & Timelines

Timelines vary by scope. As a general guide: Logo design takes 1–2 weeks. A full brand identity system runs 2–4 weeks. Website design and development is typically 4–8 weeks depending on size and content. Print materials are usually 1–2 weeks design-side, plus print production time. Your proposal will always include a specific timeline based on your scope.

We follow a five-stage process: Discover (strategy call + research), Design (initial concepts and rounds of revisions), Build (production files + development), Promote (launch assets), and Scale (ongoing support). You’re involved at every stage — we share work in progress and incorporate your feedback before finalizing anything.

Most projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions at each stage. We find that’s more than enough when we start with a strong brief and clear creative direction. If you need additional rounds, we can accommodate them at an hourly rate. Our goal is always to get it right within the included rounds.

Pricing & Payments

We offer both project-based pricing and monthly retainers. Project pricing is scoped individually based on complexity and deliverables. Monthly retainers are best for ongoing creative needs — our packages start at $750/mo. All pricing is quoted upfront; there are no surprise invoices.

We accept ACH bank transfer, major credit cards, and PayPal. For project-based work, we require a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining balance upon delivery of final files. Retainer clients are billed monthly on the same date each cycle.

For larger projects ($3,000+), we can structure milestone-based payment schedules. Reach out and we’ll work out a plan that fits your budget and project timeline.

Services

We specialize in design — but we work with a network of trusted print vendors and can coordinate production on your behalf. We’ll provide print-ready files in all required formats, and if you’d like us to manage the print order directly, we can do that as an add-on to most print projects.

Absolutely. Redesigns are actually some of our most common web projects. We’ll audit your current site, identify what’s working and what isn’t, and rebuild it with a cleaner design, better performance, and improved user experience. We work primarily in WordPress with Elementor.

Yes, and we’re experienced with the unique compliance requirements around cannabis packaging and marketing. We understand state-specific labeling rules, age-gating requirements for websites, and the restrictions around advertising channels. We’ve worked with dispensaries, cultivators, and lifestyle cannabis brands.

Yes — our Growth and Full Creative retainer packages include ongoing digital marketing support: social media graphics, email templates, ad creatives, and campaign assets on a recurring monthly cadence. We also offer standalone social media graphic packages for clients who just need the visual side handled.
