Timelines vary by scope. As a general guide: logo design takes 1–2 weeks. A full brand identity system runs 2–4 weeks. Website design and development is typically 4–8 weeks depending on size and content. Print materials are usually 1–2 weeks design-side, plus print production time.

You're involved at every stage — we share work in progress and incorporate your feedback before anything is finalized.

Most projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions at each stage. That's more than enough when we start with a strong brief and clear creative direction.

If you need additional rounds we can accommodate them at an hourly rate. The goal is always to get it right inside the included rounds.

Project-based pricing or monthly retainers. Project pricing is scoped individually against complexity and deliverables. Retainers suit ongoing creative needs and start at $2,000/mo — the tiers are listed on the Packages page.

All pricing is quoted up front. There are no surprise invoices.

ACH bank transfer, major credit cards, and PayPal. Shop orders also accept Square and Cash App at checkout.

For project work we require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due on delivery of final files. Retainer clients are billed monthly on the same date each cycle.

For larger projects ($3,000+) we can structure milestone-based payment schedules. Ask, and we'll work out a plan that fits the budget and timeline.

One prepaid hour of labor on one website. Unused time isn't banked or refunded, and anything that will run over the hour gets quoted before we continue.

Initial response is 48–72 business hours. That is a response window, not a completion window — it is not a retainer, not 24/7 cover, and not same-day emergency service.

Both. You can order print straight from the shop — every product page lists the stock, coating, sizes and turnaround options, and every order gets a free artwork review before anything runs.

If you only need the design, you get print-ready files in every required format. If you want the whole job handled, we manage it from artwork through delivery — one point of contact either way.
