- 300 DPI minimum at final output size
- Print-ready PDF format (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 preferred)
- Include 0.25" bleed on all four sides
- Keep critical content 0.25" inside the trim edge
- Outline all fonts or embed them before exporting
- Flatten all transparency layers before export
