Before you sign up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no contract. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
What counts as a content edit?
Changes to pages you already have: text, photos, prices, hours, menus, and new blog posts or products you send us. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted separately. Unused edit time does not roll over.
Do you take over sites you didn't build?
Yes, as long as the site runs on WordPress. The week-one audit shows us what shape it is in. If it needs repairs before care can start, we quote that first.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
We restore your site from a clean backup and remove the malware. On Full Flame the cleanup is included. On Simmer and Slow Burn it is billed at our $45 hourly rate, and you get the estimate before we start.
Is hosting included?
No. Your site stays with your current host. If your hosting is holding the site back, we will tell you and help you move.
