Why we're built this way
Most agencies our size are a front desk with freelancers behind it. Your logo goes to one person, your website to another, your printing to whoever is cheapest that week. Then nobody owns the result.
We went the other direction. Design, web and production management stay with one team. That's slower to scale and it means we turn some work away — but when the packaging matches the website, and the banner matches the packaging, it's because the same shop directed all three.
It also means you get a straight answer about price and timing, because the person quoting the job is the person doing it.
