Artwork requirements
- CMYK color mode — RGB files will be converted and may shift
- 100 DPI minimum at final output size (300 DPI preferred)
- Print-ready PDF format
- Include 0.25" bleed on all sides
- Space logos in an even diagonal repeat for the best on-camera read
- Keep key logos out of the bottom 30" where guests stand
- Outline or embed all fonts before exporting
- Flatten all transparency layers before export

Each backdrop is printed edge to edge in vivid full color on durable wide-format banner material with a matte finish that keeps camera flash from washing out your logos. Choose from the two most requested backdrop footprints — 8' x 8' and 8' x 10' — sized to fit standard adjustable step and repeat frames. Pricing is for the printed banner; it pairs with any standard telescoping backdrop stand.
Every order is printed locally by STS Media in Cleveland and includes a free artwork review before it hits the press. Send us your logo and we can even build the repeat pattern for you.
