- Print-Ready Dimensions: Choose from 4.25” x 5.5” or 4” x 6” flyer sizes, designed at 300 DPI for professional-grade printing.
- Deliverables: Final designs are provided as press-quality PDF or JPG files.
- Revisions: Includes two scans (if applicable) and two rounds of revisions to perfect your design.
Note: Native file formats (e.g., PSD) are not released.

- Proofing Responsibility: STS Media is not liable for typos or spelling errors. Customers must thoroughly proofread and approve all graphics before finalization.
- Communication: All changes must be submitted via email—no exceptions.
Policies:
- Pre-Pay Services: Full payment, including sales tax and shipping (if applicable), is required before we begin any design or printing work.
- Non-Refundable: Once payment is made, all design services are non-refundable.
- Reprints: Items requiring reprints due to errors or design changes will incur additional costs.

Standard proofs are ready within 72 hours of payment. Rush options are available for faster service.
